Kobi Fogg

Kobi joined the team at O’Connor Harris & Co in December 2021.

Kobi completed her Juris Doctor at the University of Canberra graduating in 2021. As an undergraduate she completed a Bachelor of Business (Accounting/Legal Studies) degree.

Kobi has carriage of our wills, power of attorney, and estate planning matters. She looks after matters concerning the execution of a valid will and power of attorney. She is also able to assist with the complexities that arise with the passing away of a loved one including matters of probate and instances where a person has died without a will.

Kobi can also assist with commercial leasing, business purchases and sales, and debt recovery. Whether you are entering into a new commercial lease or selling your business, Kobi can assist from negotiations through to execution.

Aside from her legal qualifications she has also obtained a Diploma of Interior Design and Decoration and further exercises her creative flair creating birthday, novelty and wedding cakes. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. An avid traveller and theatre goer she regularly gets away when the opportunity arises.
