Enrica Wong

Enrica Wong grew up in Sydney and then relocated to Canberra for study. She joined the O’Connor Harris team in 2018, after graduating from the Australian National University with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Music in 2017. In October 2018 she was admitted as a lawyer in the ACT Supreme Court.

She specialises in NSW property law, learning from Ruth’s many years of experience. Enrica can also assist with your ACT residential conveyancing matters. She enjoys handling residential conveyancing for first time buyers and mums and dads. In addition, Enrica also looks after builders, including more complex matters such as Put and Call Option Deeds, strata plan registration and subdivision of land. She also assists developers in relation to large scale land and off the plan developments.

Enrica also looks after stamp duty for all NSW Transfers, including applications for First Home Buyers Assistance. Enrica can also assist with family and related party transfers, refinances, and other changes in restructuring your property portfolio.

The location of the properties that Enrica looks after spans from Canberra, to surrounding NSW regions, to coastal holiday homes, to Sydney, and she can assist you whether you are situated locally, interstate, or overseas.

Enrica is also the team’s resident e-Conveyancing expert, having completed 200 transactions online via PEXA (Property Exchange Australia). Enrica thrives off the challenge of keeping up with a fast-paced and constantly changing industry.

The reason why Enrica enjoys working in conveyancing is because of the direct contact with clients, in particular, helping first time buyers navigate the complexities of purchasing their first home. Her goal is to turn what may be a very daunting experience into one which is as seamless and stress-free as possible. She prides herself on being efficient and easy to communicate with, ensuring that you are kept informed on the progress of your matter and it is dealt with in a timely manner.

Outside of work, Enrica loves eating delicious food and going to open homes on the weekend. She has two very cheeky but very adorable puppies, Athena and Zeus – just ask Enrica what latest mischief they have been up to!
