Enrica Wong was born in Sydney and then relocated to Canberra for study. She joined the O’Connor Harris team in 2018, after graduating from the Australian National University with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Music. In 2018, she was admitted as a lawyer in the ACT Supreme Court. Enrica was appointed as a Director of O’Connor Harris & Co in 2023.
Enrica’s practice spans NSW and ACT property matters. She particularly enjoys handling residential conveyancing matters for first time buyers and mums and dads. In addition, Enrica also acts for builders and developers, including more complex matters such as Put and Call Option Deeds, strata plan registration and subdivision of land. She can also assist with stamp duty and land tax matters, family and related party transfers, refinances, and other changes in restructuring your property portfolio. The location of the properties that Enrica looks after spans from Canberra, to rural NSW, to Sydney, and she can assist you whether you are situated locally, interstate, or overseas.
With the introduction of electronic conveyancing in NSW and ACT in the past several years, Enrica is also the team’s resident PEXA (Property Exchange Australia) expert, and served on the PEXA ACT Member’s Advisory Council in 2022-2023. Enrica thrives off the challenge of keeping up with a fast-paced and constantly changing industry.
Enrica enjoys dealing directly with clients, in particular, helping first time buyers navigate the complexities of purchasing their first home. Her goal is to turn what may be a very daunting experience into one which is as seamless and stress-free as possible. She prides herself on being efficient and easy to communicate with, ensuring that you are kept informed on the progress of your matter and it is dealt with in a timely manner.
“Outside of work, I enjoy practising music and singing with a local chamber choir. You can often find me enjoying delicious food at a restaurant, or attending open homes on the weekend. I have two very cheeky but very adorable puppies, Athena and Zeus – just ask me what latest mischief they have been up to!”
