Aleira can provide clients advice on wills, power of attorney, and estate planning matters. She looks after matters concerning the execution of a valid will and power of attorney. She is also able to assist with the complexities that arise with the passing away of a loved one including matters of probate, letters of administration and applying for provision under a will.
Aleira also has carriage of our commercial leasing matters, business purchases and sale, and debt recovery. Whether you are entering into a new commercial lease or selling your business, Aleira can assist from negotiations through to execution.
In her spare time, she is regularly competing away with her horses, spending time with family and friends or playing with her dogs… that’s if she isn’t holidaying in a new location.
