Danica Smith

After making the move from Canada to Australia, Danica completed her graduate legal studies at the Australian National University with the award of a Juris Doctor. As an undergraduate, she completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons).

Danica has carriage of our wills, power of attorney, and estate planning matters. She looks after matters concerning the execution of a valid will and power of attorney. She is also able to assist with the complexities that arise with the passing away of a loved one including matters of probate and instances where a person has died without a will.

Danica can also assist with commercial leasing, business purchases and sales, and debt recovery. Whether you are entering into a new commercial lease or selling your business, Danica can assist from negotiations through to execution.

In her spare time, Danica enjoys catching up with family and friends on both sides of the world. When she can get away, she is often heading out to the coast to enjoy some fresh air and time in the water.
